Amazon launches Amazon Now service in UAE, promises delivery within 15 minutes
News2025-10-24On October 23rd, Amazon announced that its fastest delivery service to date, Amazon Now, has officially launched in the United Arab Emirates, competing head-on with Noon's "ultra fast delivery" service, Noon Minutes.
It is reported that Amazon Now can deliver daily necessities to customers within 15 minutes.
In order to ensure timely delivery, Amazon has established micro fulfillment centers throughout the United Arab Emirates to shorten delivery distances, alleviate traffic congestion, and achieve fast delivery of fruits, vegetables, groceries, personal care products, and electronic products.

Currently, the Amazon Now service operates seven days a week, from 7am to midnight.
The first coverage areas include Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai Marina, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Jumeirah Lakes Towers. It is expected to expand to more regions in the future.
All Amazon.ae users can use this service, and Prime members can enjoy free shipping for orders over 25 dirhams. Orders below this amount will only be charged 6 dirhams for shipping.
Eligible customers can place orders directly through the "Amazon Now" icon on the Amazon App homepage navigation bar or visit www.amazon.ae/now to enjoy fast delivery services.
In addition, to provide customers with more flexible delivery options, Amazon has also launched a 2-hour delivery service, covering over 30 categories and thousands of products.
Eligible products will be labeled with the words "Get it Today by XX: XX pm" and a lightning bolt icon for easy identification.
All users can use this service. Among them, Prime members can enjoy free two-hour delivery for orders over 100 dirhams, and only 3 dirhams will be charged for shipping below this amount.
